Digital products

Digital products, such as Predictify, are not shipped: once your payment is complete, you receive your access by email. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us.

Physical products

Where we ship from. All orders ship from Madrid, Spain.

Where we ship to. Spain, the rest of the European Union and most countries in the world.

Rates. Calculated based on the destination and shown before you pay, with taxes included.

Delivery times. We prepare orders as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.

Tracking. When we ship your order, we send you an email with the tracking number.

Customs and taxes. Shipments outside the European Union, and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees in the destination country, which are paid by the customer.

Delivery problems. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, write to us at info.clapmagic@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
