Terms of service

1. Parties. These terms govern purchases made on clapmagic.com, including through the purchase links on reballution.com, from Servicios y Productos de Asombro SL (Tax ID B21752225), with registered office at Calle Aldebaran 20, 29790 Vélez-Málaga (Málaga), Spain. Contact: info.clapmagic@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you pay.

3. Purchase process. By confirming your order, you accept these terms. We will send you a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

4. Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping. Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping policy. Digital products do not require shipping.

6. Withdrawal and returns. As set out in our Refund policy. For digital products, access is delivered immediately and, by purchasing them, you agree to lose the right of withdrawal once access has been delivered.

7. Guarantee. Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish consumer law.

8. Digital products and apps (for example, Predictify).

  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable account, with a one-time payment and no subscription.
  • The account works on one device at a time. You can move it to another device; to prevent sharing, how often you can do this is limited.
  • Predictify works with Spotify and requires a Spotify Premium account and an internet connection. Spotify is a third-party service, unrelated to Servicios y Productos de Asombro SL; Predictify is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify. If Spotify changes or limits its service, some features may be affected.
  • We do our best to keep the app available and up to date, but there may be occasional interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
  • We may deactivate an account if it is used in breach of these terms, for example by sharing or reselling it.

9. Secrecy and use of the effects. Magic effects and apps are sold for the personal and professional use of the buyer. You may not reveal their method or resell or distribute their instructions or access.

10. Applicable law. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and to the competent consumer authorities.
